Is an Agency better than an in-house team?

The benefits of an agency subscription as opposed to an in-house team (or mix of both) is you can utilise our range of expert hospitality experienced staff for often less than the cost of one in-house personnel. Our team consists of website designers and artworkers, WordPress developers, Google certified PPC campaign managers, data analysis and digital tracking experts, photographers, videographers and dedicated support staff on hand via our daily ticketing system - they are all senior experienced staff, hand selected experts in their fields. Using an agency relieves the HR pressure of your own department taking away the pain-points of hiring new staff, management and the expenses associated with this. We can also manage productivity much better, making sure every task is completed swiftly and effectively without delays - all your digital services managed through one vendor for one monthly subscription fee - you can cancel anytime too with just one calendar months notice!

Am I tied into a long-term contract?

The simple answer is no. All we ask is an initial 3 month contract, as during this period there is a lot of set-up, including your data dashboard which needs to be qualified, tested and linked to your booking engine. To see accurate results it needs to run for a minimum of 3 months. After that, all we ask is one months notice should you wish to cancel. Our programmes are also flexible should you need to add or remove services per month. As you see your performance and sales revenue improve, you’ll likely want to up your spend and services - remember, all our programmes are reported on each month so you can see clear return on your investment, everything we do is quantifiable - we report on your exact data and sales revenue at what acquisition cost.

Will our hotels receive more direct bookings?

Yes. Everything we do is to drive direct sales revenue through your direct booking platform (your hotel website). We track all your traffic and booking engine data so we know exactly how many nights you’ve sold, at what price, at what cost, where we can improve, cost of acquisition and our return on your marketing channels. Our specialist data analyst team track everything through your real-time custom dashboard. Everything is transparent and clear, and will give you great insights to your direct booking performance and make measurable difference to your sales revenue.
