01. Functionality Testing
Checking if all the features and functionalities of the website are working as intended including:
Overall website functions layout and user flow Navigation
Display effect
Website script
Search function
Internal and external linking Loading screens

02. Booking System
Custom booking widgets design
Booking panel display/function correctly on all display/device
Integration booking engine URLs where applicable
Guest booking parameters pass to booking engine correctly
03. CMS
Content management (add, edit, delete) Backend navigation menus and categories Update WordPress and all plugins to the latest version
User roles, access and permissions Nore: CMS training is not included within standard operating procedure.
04. Compatibility Testing
Ensures the website functions correctly across different device-browsers-OS combinations with any inconsistencies in rendering or behavior.

Although we optimize the above for maximum site speeds, we do not guarantee specific page speed results as there can be many factors beyond our control that can affect exact returns at different times.
07. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Clients may assign the group of test users for UAT (not included), involving having end-users test the website to validate that it meets their requirements and expectations. Placeworks will make efforts to improve based on UAT results.
08. GDPR and other compliance
Implement Cookies compliance popup
Privacy policy content approved by The Client Legal team.
Comply with any GDPR criteria such as guest information, user activities, any tracking script.
Placeworks are not at liability for any local or international compliance regulations associated with projects after live launch. The Client may request any specific compliance related specifically to their properties/group prior to launch or under maintenance agreement.
09. Launch Procedure
Placeworks do not change or have access to any client DNS information.
Placeworks are not liable for any downtime or propagation period which can vary depending on specific configurations.
Provide the IP for The Client to change in their DNS (or Install website on The Client server if not hosting with Placeworks).
Oversee the propagation period and help trouble-shoot any dificulties during this process.
Check CDN / caching is working.
Make final test / review after live propagation to production environment.
Check page crawling / redirecting success.
