Through collaborating with the group across [ XX ? ] projects, we’ve developed a shared language for refining hospitality brands and bringing their stories to life in a way that engages and converts..
Valia is a 5-star hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit, packaging oriental elegance with contemporary luxury through a Silk Route inspired concept. 2 years after launch we revisited the digital branding with the aim of upscaling the brand perception, improving the online experience, and converting browsers into direct bookers.
Direct booking is more than just a beautiful website, it demands an extension of the brand and hotel experience into a seamless online experience. .
Valia Hotel Bangkok is a distinct property with a strong sense of identity, offering 279 refined guest rooms and suites, a rooftop poolside bar, and signature dining at Florae Restaurant. But in an increasingly competitive hospitality landscape, even the most elegant spaces need a digital presence that lives up to the real thing.
The challenge was to translate this elevated guest experience into a compelling online journey—one that not only reflected the hotel’s sophistication, but also encouraged direct bookings with clarity and ease.

We approached Valia’s site with equal parts strategy and storytelling. Every detail – from the color palette to the written tone of voice – was crafted to reflect the property’s upscale, tranquil atmosphere.
At the same time, we optimized for performance. The navigation was simplified, the booking engine was made prominent, and persuasive content (think exclusive offers and rich, relevant visuals) was strategically placed to guide users from inspiration to action.

The Solution: A Seamless, Sophisticated Digital Presence
The finished site offers a full sensory preview of the Valia experience. Soft transitions, scroll-based animations, and high-resolution imagery invite visitors to explore each aspect of the hotel, while calls-to-action are embedded intuitively throughout.
Notable features include:
- Elegant layouts for guest rooms and suites with full amenity breakdowns
- Dedicated promotions section highlighting direct booking incentives
- Rich storytelling for F&B outlets like Florae Restaurant and Eastern Elixir Lounge
- Mobile-first design for seamless access across all devices
